New Construction

Sioux Falls Custom Homes

One-of-a-kind. That’s what a custom home is. It’s a home that’s uniquely designed and built for you. Maybe that sounds exactly like what you’ve always wanted. But maybe it sounds a little intimidating too. That’s where I come in. I help you interview builders, compare bids, and make sure you understand the process and the value you’re getting. Whether you’re here in Sioux Falls or outside the region, I’m ready to collaborate with you.

The Little Details

Building a custom home means more than walking you through the process of choosing a builder. I’ll also work with you to make all the finish selections to put one-of-a-kind touches on every room in your house. From flooring to countertops, cabinetry to paint colors, and everything in between, your custom home can—and should turn out—exactly the way you want it to.

We want your house to have that special flow, whether you’re welcoming guests through the front door or carrying in your groceries from the garage. Because the little details are what will make the house your home.

Project Management

If you want someone to help with project management, I’m ready to help as much as you want me to. I can help you create a schedule and timeline. I’ll coordinate and work with your contractor and subcontractors. I’ll check in on your job site regularly to make sure everything is going the way it should. And of course I’ll answer any questions you have along the way.

It’s no secret that building a custom home is a big deal, and plenty of challenges can come up along the way. But I live for the moment when a project comes to a close and I hear my clients say, “This was so fun, I want to do it again…”

You may be hearing that the cost of new construction is high right now. But when we work together, I help you find solutions that actually save you money—so more of your budget goes toward what matters to you.

If you’re ready to get started, drop me a line. I’d love to talk about the custom home you’ve been dreaming of.
